International Space Station pass predictions for Andes Network sites, focused on local night conjunctions when AWE can observe gravity-wave structures above the network.
Conjunction time is the local maximum-elevation time for each ISS pass above the configured horizon threshold.
Night flags are based on the Sun altitude at the ground site. ISS visual visibility is not used because the science target is AWE observing from the ISS, not the ground seeing the ISS.
Historical products require archived ISS element sets near the requested date; current CelesTrak elements are only suitable for near-term predictions.
